IntimaLase®
Laser Vaginal Tightening
For vaginal looseness after childbirth or with age. The laser firms the vaginal canal so you feel tighter and regain sensation.
IncontiLase®
Stress Urinary Incontinence Laser Treatment
For leaks when you cough, sneeze, laugh or work out. The laser firms the support under your bladder.
ProlapLase®
Er:YAG SMOOTH mode Laser Treatment of Pelvic Organ Prolapse
For mild pelvic organ prolapse, the heavy or bulging feeling in your vagina. The laser tightens the vaginal wall to give more support.
RenovaLase®
Vaginal Atrophy Laser Treatment
For dryness, itching, burning and painful sex after menopause. The laser restores moisture and thickness to the vaginal wall.
IntimaLase® Laser Vaginal Tightening
Childbirth and age stretch the vaginal canal. You notice it as looseness, less feeling during sex, or vaginal wind. IntimaLase® warms the vaginal wall with Fotona's Er:YAG laser in SMOOTH® mode. Collagen tightens and your body builds new collagen over the next weeks, so the canal firms up. No cuts, no anaesthetic and no downtime.
IncontiLase® Stress Urinary Incontinence Laser Treatment
Stress urinary incontinence is urine leaking when pressure hits your bladder: a cough, a sneeze, a laugh, a jump. IncontiLase® targets the front vaginal wall and the area around the urethral opening. The tissue firms and gives your bladder more support, so you leak less. Best for mild to moderate stress or mixed incontinence.
ProlapLase® Er:YAG SMOOTH mode Laser Treatment of Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Pelvic organ prolapse happens when the bladder, uterus or bowel drops and presses into the vagina. Fotona notes it affects almost 50% of women who have given birth, to some degree. You feel heaviness, pressure or a bulge. ProlapLase® uses gentle SMOOTH® mode heat to tighten the tissue and contract the vaginal canal. Best for mild prolapse. Our doctor refers you on if surgery is the better fit.
RenovaLase® Vaginal Atrophy Laser Treatment
Lower estrogen after menopause, while breastfeeding or after cancer treatment thins and dries the vaginal wall. You feel dryness, itching, burning or pain during sex. RenovaLase® warms the vaginal canal to boost blood flow and new collagen, so the tissue gets thicker and moister. A good option if you prefer to avoid long-term hormone creams.
Gentle laser heat rebuilds collagen.
All four treatments use Fotona's 2940 nm Er:YAG laser in SMOOTH® mode. The laser warms the vaginal tissue in short pulses without breaking the surface. Collagen tightens right away and your body keeps building new collagen for weeks. Each treatment targets a different area: the vaginal canal, the front wall under your bladder, or the whole canal for prolapse and atrophy.

Our doctor checks your fit
You talk through your symptoms, your births, menopause and your health history in a private room. Our doctor confirms what is causing your symptoms and tells you which treatment fits your plan.
Your SMOOTH® session
About 20 to 30 minutes
You lie back and our doctor places a slim, smooth laser speculum in your vagina. You feel gentle warmth. No needles, no cuts and no anaesthetic.
Right after
Back to your day
Most women go back to work the same day. Expect light discharge or spotting for a few days. Our doctor tells you how long to wait before sex and heavy workouts, usually about a week.
Your full course
2 to 3 sessions
Most women book 2 to 3 sessions about 4 to 6 weeks apart. Collagen keeps building for months, and a yearly touch-up helps you hold your results.
18 published studies on Er:YAG laser for women's health.
Newest first. These studies tested the same Er:YAG laser technology Fotona uses for IntimaLase®, IncontiLase®, ProlapLase® and RenovaLase®, including 4 randomized trials since 2024 that compared laser with a sham treatment (2 found laser worked better, 2 found no significant difference). Which treatment is right for me?
It depends on your symptoms. Many women have more than one concern, for example leaks and looseness after childbirth. Our doctor examines you at the free consult and builds one plan, which sometimes combines two treatments in the same visit.
Is it painful?
Most women feel warmth and mild discomfort. No anaesthetic is needed. Tell our doctor during the session and the settings are adjusted.
Who performs the treatment?
Our new medical team, led by a doctor, performs every treatment in a private room at 1086 Hornby Street.
Does laser treatment work for bladder leaks?
Results vary. Several studies show fewer leaks and better quality of life after IncontiLase®-type treatment, including a 2018 randomized trial of 114 women. Two 2025 sham-controlled trials found improvement in the laser groups that was not significantly different from sham. Our doctor gives you an honest view of your odds at the free consult. See the 6 studies.
